    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
  2. Returns Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the eligible time frame.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
    • Securely package the item, including all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged.
  3. Exchanges Process

    • If you wish to exchange your coffee gadget for a different model or variant, please contact our customer support team within the eligible time frame.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization (EA) number.
    • Follow the return process mentioned above (Steps 2a and 2b) and clearly mark the EA number on the outside of the package.
    • Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will assist you in selecting an alternative or offer a refund.
  4. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.
    • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  5. Exceptions

    • The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
      • Consumable products, such as coffee beans or capsules.
      • Personal hygiene products, such as coffee mugs or travel tumblers.
    • For damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receipt, and we will assist you accordingly.
