COD instructions

Cash on Delivery (COD) Instructions:

  1. Select "Cash on Delivery" as your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
  2. Ensure that you provide accurate and complete contact details, including your phone number and address, for smooth delivery and payment collection.
  3. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email or message containing the details of your purchase.
  4. Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule the delivery of your order to the provided address.
  5. Please keep the exact cash amount ready for payment. Our delivery personnel may not carry change for large denominations.
  6. Upon delivery, kindly inspect the package and its contents to ensure they match your order. If you have any concerns or questions, you can clarify them with the delivery personnel.
  7. Once you have verified the order and are satisfied with your purchase, hand over the exact cash payment to the delivery personnel.
  8. A receipt or invoice will be provided to you upon payment completion. Please retain this document for your records.
  9. In the event that you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  10. If you are not available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, please inform our customer support team to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time.

Please note:

  • COD is available for orders within the UAE only.
  • COD orders are subject to verification and approval by our team.
  • For security reasons, the delivery personnel may request to see your Emirates ID or any other valid identification document before accepting payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a COD order if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
